How it Works:
Step 1: Determine the current model of probe head, touch probe, scanning probe or probe controller you have.
Step 2: Find the same item in the list below.
Step 3: Locate the serial number on your current item and enter this number in the field above the ADD TO CART button. (You must enter the serial number before adding the item to your shopping cart).
Step 4: Add to Cart and complete the purchase.
Step 5: In one to two business days, our sales department will email you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
Step 6: Carefully package the item for shipment. Mark the RGA number on the shipping documents. Please be sure to only send the item itself and no accessories such as cables, probe shanks or styli. You are responsible for the expenses related to shipping the unit to Renishaw and for the shipping costs of the replacement head.

Step 7: Your replacement item will be shipped directly from Renishaw to your address. Upon receipt, inspect the items and install on your machine.
