How it Works:
Step 1: Determine the current model of probe head, touch probe, scanning probe or probe controller you have.
Step 2: Find the same item in the list below.
Step 3: Locate the serial number on your current item and enter this number in the field above the ADD TO CART button. (You must enter the serial number before adding the item to your shopping cart).
Step 4: Add to Cart and complete the purchase.
Step 5: In one to two business days, our sales department will E-mail you shipping instructions sheet, shipping instructions will include the address, probe that is being replaced, serial number, your address for return shipment.
Step 6: Carefully package the item for shipment, make sure you include the shipping instructions with your shipment to Renishaw. Please be sure to only send the item itself and no accessories such as cables, probe shanks or styli. You are responsible for the expenses related to shipping the unit to Renishaw and for the shipping costs of the replacement head.
You will find the address to return your damaged item on the shipping instructions sheet that we send to you.
Step 7: Your replacement item will be shipped directly from Renishaw to your address. Upon receipt, inspect the items and install on your machine.
